Today I attended a Mind shift “Pep talk” that was presented by Anice Hassim. The Mind shift session was eye-opening! It covered many topics but the foundation of the session was based on how everything around us is a pattern and that i as a person should try to be on the right side of how Technology is implemented in the world.
No one reads the terms and conditions of applications and cloud services these days and companies are not only tracking records about what client/customers use/browse/buy but are selling this information to other companies. This is very dangerous as a client/customer always believes their data is safe and if clients were made aware of what is going on they would lose many clients.
So being on the right side things, standing for a cause that empowers everyone, creates opportunities and spreads wealth is very important.
