The third day  I was in a room with experienced IT Technicians or IT Support Technicians where I really learnt a lot from them. I got to learn new technical skills regarding configuring basics and ensuring  each situation is thoroughly resolved and all components are in working order

  • Assisting call-ins or live chat with technical difficulties.
  • Assisting customers and staff with hardware and software challenges
  •  Troubleshooting computer issues.
