My first day working with the members of technical support was very new to me. I was nervous along with most of the Summer School Students.
Our introduction was done very professionally. For most of us, it was an introduction to the working world, which was very new. Through the introduction, we were taught how to carry yourself out in the working environment. That was my first task learned.
I was given Sanele as my mentor, a very helpful person, who is mentoring me through the technical support environment.
My second task, was identifying components. I was very nervous so I forgot most of the components that i have known. He made me feel less nervous by helping me where needed.
My third task was getting myself familiar with a modem and learning how it works with the uses of the device.
I would say my first day was fun and I have learned a lot in one day.
