By getting to explore & experience problems that I might come across in my work place, I gained so much knowledge
immedia, I have learnt so much in just a week!
I was more hands on in the Networking Department where I learnt to configure a Router, ADSL Router and I got to experience what it’s like to be a help desk consultant.
Their staff are talented & dedicated in the job, each individual stands out on their own.
I got to experience solving a problem using TeamViewer/Remote Access but was re-feeling was to go out to one of the clients that had a problem with sending & receiving emails but I will say it was an adventure for me.
By getting to explore & experience problems that I might come across in my work place, I gained so much knowledge & to be exposed to networking because it’s what I intend doing in future.
Finally thanks to Paul5000 & his Team for all the lessons they gave me.
Hats off to the staff of immedia for giving us student the opportunity to explore what it like to be part of a dynamic company and the IT field – hopefully I will get the opportunity again.
