Monday: I learned Swift and worked with Xcode for the first time
Tuesday: I built a basic UI that I used to experiment with Xcode
Wednesday: I broke everything. Had to restart and rebuild my entire app
Thursday: I learned about pods and tried to install them properly. It didn’t work
Friday: I worked on getting pods to work, as this was the only reason my app does not work.
The experience.
I got to work with a language and program that I otherwise would not have at the opportunity to work with.
I grew confident in my choice to join this career path as I previously was rather afraid of.
I made friends with the other summer schoolers and learned a lot more about the realistic working
the environment I can look forward to.
