Day #2 of immedia Summer School delivered, to my surprise, yet another astounding intuitive sphere of the working environment.
Credit to the team and the calibre in which they carry out their respective daily tasks. This heir of excellence was introduced to us in a lucid and critical mind-set of how the team members at immedia collaborate with each other to accomplish a given project.
Come rain or shine the project is expected to be delivered and satisfy the desire of the client, and this became the primary objective for today.
In addition to this we learnt about the key role of project management and how a team effort is required to suffice the final product. We worked on team building skills sharing views and open-minded opinions on the undertaking of an agile iterative project.
Due to this approach, we were expose to new/different techniques and ideas which promoted the edification of individual strengths and weaknesses.
To try something new is never a con, for one should never stop learning.
Thought for the day: “If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got.” – Albert Einstein
