My first day was exciting working with the Geek Patrol team. I Spent my day troubleshooting a PC and adding new components and setting up a new IMAP account on outlook and troubleshooting the account settings.
I was challenged later on by my mentor to solve problems that he had created for me and I handled the challenge pretty well with research.
