It’s been an awesome week at Immedia with the Geek Managed services team. I grasp a lot of information from them regarding networking career paths. I learned how cloud computing works in storing data online. I learned how networking devices differ from each other and their importance in providing the internet. I learned a lot about Microsoft 365 and its associated applications. I log in as an admin on Microsoft 365 and I learned how to create users, domains, assign licenses, create POP/IMAP accounts, and so on. I learned how to set up a new router. I learned how to troubleshoot PC hardware, router, switch, HDD and UPS.
