Today I watched content on Microsoft Office 365 apps, OneDrive, SharePoint and how to create a POP/IMAP account on the Zimbra Server. I attended the “What it means to be a geek” meeting hosted my Lusanda. The meeting provided me with insight as to how the system works at Geek Managed Services. I put the knowledge I gained from watching the videos into practice. I worked on Microsoft office admin, I created users, contacts, guests, different groups and reset passwords. I also experimented with SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Server. I researched Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Admin and POP/IMAP accounts using the Zimbra Server. I was given the task to label a client’s computer. At the end of the day Phunlani taught me how to factory reset a Macbook Pro.
