My second day at Summer School I learnt about Help desk and Technical Support.

It was a good experience and I learnt a lot about how to setup a network and how to build a network cable and also sorting out emails for clients.

During #day 2 I sorted out a computer that was not working, I then installed Windows 7 on that computer and then when the PC was up and running we installed software on the PC such as antivirus and Cclearner. It was a great experience.
