This is the second day in Summer School. I frankly did not spend much time doing android development, however, I believe I did so with an acceptable reason.
Java occupied most of my time today, as I was told that it would be good to learn Java if I wished to learn android development. I decided that it would be wiser to have some base language I could relate with, and to increase efficiency. Although it is not ideal of me to learn Java here at Summer School while neglecting my chances of learning real business skills, including android development, but I am positive of today’s results; a day well spent learning and discovering. It would be very exciting if I could one day develop proper apps that are able to improve peoples’ lives. But one thing I noted from the moment I got here is the necessity of knowledge in multiple programming languages on minimum.
Truly, there is a lot to learn in this industry, and I know I will get a higher capability to do things once I have finished all my sessions. Five days are frankly not enough, and I hope I can get the most out of it. Tomorrow is web development, and I am excited!
