My second day with the App Dev tribe was a real learning experience. I continued with my slightly overcomplicated shopping list app that I had started yesterday.
My app required storing data to file, 2D arrays, a table view and passing data through different screens, so I have spent a lot of time these last two days researching how to do these in Objective-C. The app is still unfinished at this time, but the core functionality is there. It would be nice to finish this app later.
I’m rather amazed by how much I’ve learned in just 2 days developing for iOS, I can only imagine how much I could learn if I had more time with it. The app dev tribe has been very helpful and friendly.
I’ll be with the online tribe tomorrow, so despite being a little sad about leaving app dev, I’m rather excited. :)
