I have learnt so much in just a week! I was more hands on in the Networking Department where I learnt to configure an ADSL Router and I got to experience what it’s like to be a helpdesk consultant.
Got to check out first hand remote client assistance, awesome, must familiarize myself with some of these cool programs like Zen Virtual web apps. Tomorrow be checking out Geek Patrol on the field… looking forward to that.
