On our second day on Tuesday, I had a class with mentor and presented the HOME PAGE I had created to him and he was impressed by the fact that it was my first time using WordPress and I did a good job.
I also had a conversation with Mr Sarkhot regarding the industry as a software developer, and he explained to me and told me about the advantages and also the challenges one might or will encounter, the conversation was educational to me.
After the class I researched about API’s on Google, I learned more about how I can use API’s on WordPress from GITHUB and STACK OVERFLOW website and include them in my website since my mentor told me that he included API’s in his immedia project but he did tell me that it was optional to do so, I also wanted to use API’s to make my website more functioning but unfortunately I could not use API’s on my website since I was using WordPress for free.
