I spent today learning about numerous aspects of project management, including the triple constraint theory and the process of breaking down projects into specific tasks and monitoring those tasks by dividing them up into stages. I also learnt about a messaging service called Slack and a website called Trello, which can be used to keep track of the progress in different areas of a project. I used Trello to keep track of a mock project, and I’ve added a screenshot of it to this post.

Hey Matthew, well done! Your work looks good and I was really impressed with your effort on the Trello board. I’m sure it’ll come in handy when you work on your projects this year and next.
All the best.
Craig
