My first day was all about getting used to my environment, getting to know my team and mentor. Yesterday I was given a task to learn as much as I can about android and to also download the Android studio software. I knew nothing about Android before yesterday, it is very interesting to learn
Today I did a simple login app to get used to the syntax of Java, also about XML. I am required to create my own app by the end of this week and my goal is to start with it today. Tomorrow I will be working with it, it is going to be an app allowing me to download books.
I have no questions as of yet. My mentor, Snethemba Shange is mentoring me very well, she guides me in the right direction when I get lost.
