Day 4, what we did was to do some migration(Backup Data) which is transferring a clients Data from her broken computer to the backup hard drive to save whatever info that she had in her computer. Then we did a computer repair where we removed hard drive from the broken computer to the working computer. We also did hard drive testing and cable testing. We attended a session where we learnt about the importance of customer service and satisfaction and how you handle customers. We also attended another session where we learnt about how to use photo shop.
