This morning I completed the Microsoft 365 Fundamental models, I learned how it simplifies IT by unifying management across users, devices, apps and services, and also how it brings together Office 365, Windows 10 and Enterprise Mobility and Security.
In the afternoon I had a session with one of the team members, Nakita, who is a Sytems Administrator for immedia, under Geek Managed Services. We went through quite a lot, learning about Veeam, VMware, CommVault, different servers that run on the network, and different email filtering systems, such as SolarWinds, Duocircle, and Mimecast.
At the end of the day, we had an hour session with one of the System Engineers, Nhlanganiso Shabangu, where he had a presentation about MailFlow, which is part of Microsoft Office 365, where I learned how it is used to deliver email to business partners through private networks.
