I shadowed the technical support guys today (Geek Patrol), which is actually part of the immedia ecosystem.
I followed Eugene while he was doing his call outs. Which basically consisted of installing software, updating information on cleints servers and upgrading their software just to name a few.
It was rather hectic though because clients are very demanding at times. Even so, I learned so much today.
The IT industry is really vast and there are many different careers to choose from. I can now see/feel what life in the working field would be like in the future.
